Refund Policy: Due to the length of time it takes to reserve a seat, the tvC refund policy is as follows:
From the date you reserve your seat until 7 days before the trip, you can get a full refund minus $50. Starting at 8am on the week of the trip (7 days from the date of departure), it is unlikely we will be able to get someone else to fill your seat and we are unable to give you any refund. Please note that even if there is a waitlist and your seat does get filled, you will not receive any refund unless you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance. tvC is in hibernation until the conditions are once again right to get things moving.
